Shipping Policy

Expected Delivery Time:

  • Within Pakistan:
    • Unstitched: 3-5 working days
    • Stitched: 20-25 working days
  • Outside Pakistan:
    • 25-30 working days
  • Custom Stitch Orders (with Linings): Additional 7 working days required.

Shipping Charges:

  • Within Pakistan: Free
  • Outside Pakistan: Calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.

Couriers:

  • Within Pakistan: Services may include Leopards Couriers, FastEx, PostEx, and TCS.
  • Outside Pakistan: Services may include DHL and SkyNet.

Order Processing:

  • All stitched orders, excluding PRET, are made to order.
  • Production begins the next business day after order confirmation.

Payment:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment collected by the courier upon delivery.
  • Custom Stitched Orders: Advance payment required at the time of order placement.

Delivery Restrictions:

  • Deliveries to India and Bangladesh are not available due to restrictions.

Order Tracking:

  • Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with carrier information and tracking number will be sent.
  • Check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

Customs and Duties:

  • Customs and import duties may apply upon arrival in your country.
  • JAZMÍN is not responsible for taxes or duties charged by customs.
  • Payment of these fees is required to release your order.

Custom Stitching with Lining:

  • Customized stitching orders require an additional 7 working days for completion.
